Northwest Community Management Announces New CMCA Certifications

-

Boston, MA – May 23, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Northwest Community Management, a division of The Management Trust, is one of the leading community management companies serving the Portland Metro area. Hundreds of community associations throughout the region acknowledge both our professional service and outstanding dedication to community management. This unique prestige is accompanied by a commitment to provide the communities we serve with the highest level of advisory services – which is powered by an experienced and trusted staff.

We have recently achieved a tremendous milestone towards further confirming this feat, and most of our staff, including our community managers and executive management, bear the title of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), which is bestowed upon them by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). We would like to congratulate our certified staff members, as Northwest Community Management moves closer and closer towards becoming 100% accredited:

Anne Mirich, CMCA Holly Thompson, CMCA

Bev Boyd, CMCA Kate Dormer, CMCA

Bob Mulkey, CMCA Kathy Hutchinson, CMCA

Brian Hess, CMCA Kelsie Roper, CMCA

Candra Cole, CMCA Lorie Jaraba, CMCA

Cathi Sleight, CMCA Michael Burgess, CMCA

Geri Mercurio, CMCA Sara Beddow, CMCA

Greg Burgess, CMCA Tracey Dudley, CMCA

The CMCA certification requires candidates to have demonstrated thorough knowledge in everything associated with community management, including legalities, risk management and maintenance. Even those who already carry this accreditation must continue their education to remain a CMCA .

The CAI has been around in 40 years, and is the only organization in the nation providing community management education and resources at this level.
