LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., December 11, 2007 – The Portland Business Journal has named Buena Vista Custom Homes the No.1 single-family homebuilder in Oregon and SW Washington in the publication’s annual Top 25 list.

The list is based on volume and value of building permits pulled for the year.

For 2006, Buena Vista pulled 309 residential permits with an average value of $307,065. Earlier this year, The Portland Business Journal also named the Oregon homebuilder as the ninth fastest growing company in the state.

Buena Vista has been recognized in each of the past three years by Builder’s Magazine as one of the top ten fastest growing builders. In 2005 Buena Vista topped this prestigious list as the No.1 in the U.S.

In 2007, Buena Vista was also named to INC Magazine’s list of the fastest growing companies in the United States at No. 383.

“Our entire organization has worked so hard, I am very proud of our team,” said Roger Pollock, owner of Buena Vista Custom Homes. “We simply could not have achieved this volume or growth so rapidly without such a solid group of people.”
