Housing Works Announces New Property Management for Multi-million Dollar Housing Portfolio

Redmond, OR – October 28, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Housing Works announced today that Guardian Real Estate Services (Guardian) of Portland, Oregon, has been selected to manage its multi-million dollar housing portfolio in Central Oregon. Guardian will provide on-site management for Housing Works’ affordable workforce, family and senior communities in Bend, Redmond, Madras, and Sisters.

 

Guardian Real Estate Services brings more than 38 years of management experience to Housing Works’ properties. The company currently manages more than 160 properties (12,000 multifamily units and 1 million square feet commercial) and employs more than 500 real estate professionals and investment advisors across seven states. Guardian will manage the Putnam Pointe mixed-use development, Ariel Glen and Ariel South, along with their on-site Boys & Girls Club, Summit Park, and Eastlake Village in Bend, as well as Tamarack Village in Sisters, Menta Park in Madras, and Stoneybrook and Reindeer Meadows in Redmond.
